Shaiju K. George conferred Tagore Puraskar 2026
Bengaluru: Shaiju K. George, Managing Director of G.K. Realtors, has been conferred the Tagore Puraskar 2026 by the NISR Community Foundation in recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements and social commitment.
The award was presented at a function held at the Kondajji Basappa Auditorium on Palace Road in Bengaluru. Dr P.G.R. Sindhia, former Karnataka Home Minister and Chief Commissioner of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Karnataka, presented the award to George.
The award recognised his contributions to the business sector, along with his leadership, professional excellence, social commitment and philanthropic activities.
George has previously received several honours, including the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Janamithra Award 2023, Jawahar Puraskar 2025 and the Deepika Newspaper Excellence Award 2025–26.
