In Kerala, to pay land tax online, Tandappar is required. Thandappar is a computer generated number
To get Tandapper, visit the Village Office with the following documents.
Documents related to land
Details of land tax paid last year
Identity of the landlord
Address and phone number of the landlord
Once the Village Officer uploads these documents to the network, the Village Officer will provide the following details.
Thandappar (computer generated number)
Block number
Survey no
Subdivision No.
Once you have received the landlord, you can pay the land tax online as given below.
Visit the REVENUE DEPARTMENT WEBSITE
Click Pay Your Tax
Sign up to create an account
Log in to the Revenue Department website with your username and password.
Click on New Request.
Select your district, taluk, village and block.
Enter Tandapper number and Survey / Subdivision number
Details of area, tandem holder and tax amount will be displayed
Provide details of previous year land tax and receipt number
In the Remarks column, enter the slot number.
Click Submit.
Your request will be sent to the Village Office for approval. Once your request is approved by the Village Officer, you will receive a message on your mobile number.
