ABOUT CMD
The Centre for Management Development is a leading self- supporting autonomous institution which provides Research, Consulting & Training support to the Development Agencies, Corporate Sector and the Government, both at the National as well as State Level.
The centre was established in 1979, it is sponsored by the Govt. of Kerala as an independent, professional registered society.
The mission of the Centre is to contribute to the societal development, development of professional managers and introduction of effective management practices in organizations. The specific objectives include:
- To promote & enrich management policies and practices in the manufacturing, services and development sector.
- To augment and develop entrepreneurial potential in the state through an integrated identification-training support package.
- To enhance the decision making skills and competence of practicing managers and key personnel in the public, private and non-governmental sectors.
- To provide assistance to governmental/voluntary/corporate agencies for strengthening management of developmental programmes and projects in rural and urban areas, through research studies, consulting, training programmes and advisory services and
- To contribute to professionalizing management by developing a pool of young management professionals.

- MBA (Finance)/Masters in Economics from a reputed Institution
- Minimum three years of experience in Financial Management area.
- Proficiency in various project management tools
- Proficiency in Project/Data Analysis
- Excellent IT skills and Proficiency in Project Management Tools like MS Project

2. Commercial Coordinator

- MBA (Operations) from a reputed Institution/Intermediate of CA/CMA
- Minimum three years of experience in Project Management activities.
